Plan Review Process

 

All plans must be stamped / sealed by WV Architect or we will not process your request.

Must send two copies of stamped drawings and one digital set. Keep the statement that all plans must be stamped / sealed by WV Architect.

 

*** Storm Water review fees will be based on third party reviewer pricing.

1sf TO 500sf = $100 flat fee

501sf TO 1000sf = $145 flat fee

1001sf TO 2000sf = $190 flat fee

2001sf TO 4000sf = $260 flat fee

4001sf TO 6000sf = $360 flat fee

6001sf TO 8000sf = $460 flat fee

8001sf TO 10,000sf = $560 flat fee

10,001sf TO over X $0.06 per square feet

 

*Residential SF includes living quarters, garage, basement, porches (not slab on grade).

 

Use Groups 1-2, 1-3, R-1,R-2, R-4

1sf TO 500sf = $125 flat fee

501sf TO 1000sf = $225 flat fee

1001sf TO 2000sf = $325 flat fee

2001sf TO 4000sf = $425 flat fee

4001sf TO 6000sf = $525 flat fee

6001sf TO 8000sf = $625 flat fee

8001sf TO 10,000sf = $725 flat fee

10,001sf TO over X $0.08 per square feet

Use Groups A-2, H

1sf TO 1500sf = $150 flat fee

1501sf TO over X $0.10 per square feet

 

Review jobs that have special requirements or arrangements, can be priced on a case by case agreement.
